At Zeitgold we come to the office every day to solve the biggest problems that small business owners face. Running a business with 3 to 20 employees almost always means being overwhelmed with paperwork. The effort for preparatory accounting and other administrative tasks is enormous, especially in Germany. And this is especially true for the owners of cafes, restaurants, small retailers or craft businesses, who usually do their administrative work after business hours or during the weekend.
Our customers appreciate that they finally have everything under control and that their administrative tasks can be done with just a tap in the app. To create our intuitive user experience, we combine human expertise with artificial intelligence.
Zeitgold was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Berlin. Among the Zeitgold investors are Holtzbrinck Ventures (also investor in Zalando, Flixbus and SumUp) and Battery Ventures (also investor in GoEuro and N26).
Our founders Stefan Jeschonnek (MBA, Stanford) and Dr. Jan Deepen (WHU) have successfuly launched the fintech-startup SumUp. Kobi Eldar (BSc & 8200 Alumnus) led an israeli cyber-security-unit and has built and been involved with many Israeli startups.
