We deliver top-notch service to all of our customers by providing succinct communication that solves our customers‘ needs. 

The coolest project I have worked on during my time at Zeitgold was setting up a tracking process for customer feedback to make it measurable. This enabled our team to prioritize everything we do according to our customer’s needs.

At Zeitgold I love the team-spirit and growth opportunities. Especially, I appreciate that we are enabling our customers to focus on their success because we take away what they used to struggle with in their everyday life – before they met Zeitgold.


Head of customer success

After finishing my apprenticeship as tax assistant I moved from Bavaria in Southern Germany to Berlin to join Zeitgold. What inspires me is that we are actually solving a big problem for our customers – all while digitising the tax advisor process. I particularly enjoy the work with our engineers who are simply brilliant.
