Who we are
The Operations team is tasked to create a world-class customer experience whilst constantly improving our processes. We are a team of trusted experts crucial to the success of our customers. Every member of our team is a Zeitgold product expert and develops strong relationships with our customers and each other.
How we work
We work in five teams to support our customers and operational processes across Zeitgold’s value chain and customer journey: Onboarding, Digitalization, Accounting and Account Management. Across those teams we are closely aligned to ensure our customers can interact smoothly with all aspects of the Zeitgold product.

The coolest project I have worked on during my time at Zeitgold was setting up a tracking process for customer feedback to make it measurable. This enabled our team to prioritize everything we do according to our customer’s needs.
At Zeitgold I love the team-spirit and growth opportunities. Especially, I appreciate that we are enabling our customers to focus on their success because we take away what they used to struggle with in their everyday life – before they met Zeitgold.
Head of Account Management
With my B.Eng., I actually wanted to optimise industrial processes and ended up in Accounting. At the end of 2017 I started at Zeitgold as a working student in the OPS team, which was responsible for data processing, now I developed into the Accounting Team Lead.
Besides the vision of Zeitgold to empower people to do what they love instead of bookkeeping, the people and culture here convinced me and I started working full time after a few months. It’s great to be involved in a variety of topics, to see how passionate whole team is working and what thereby Zeitgold has achieved in a short time.
Team Lead Accounting
After many years in fashion retail, I felt like pushing myself further and I started studying Business Psychology. After my Bachelor I was not sure where I wanted to go, but I was sure, that I wanted to work on something that allows me to create a tangible impact while using the skill set I acquired in Psychology.
In Zeitgold’s Account Management team, I have found the perfect combination. I got the chance to work in a for me completely new field, with lots of support and understanding. My learning curve is probably unmeasurable high and I still learn something new everyday. I’m so happy to be part of the Zeitgold Family!
I have truly had an interesting journey at Zeitgold so far, starting from an intern in Operations to now an Onboarding Manager. After studying business administration, I joined the young startup Zeitgold for an internship that first got extended and then proceeded to a full-time position.
Since the first day I was very happy about working here. Dealing with our customers and their needs while also driving a core process of the customers’ experience is a great challenge to learn from everyday.
Zeitgold is not just a startup looking for money, but really solving an issue for so many people in Germany and hopefully soon also other countries. The vision we have, paired with the culture of equality and openness that was implemented and lived, is simply outstanding and has no equal.
After graduating Law in Gdansk (Poland), I decided to move to Berlin and quickly got hooked by Zeitgold’s mission.
The idea of supporting entrepreneurs in their dream of managing their own business gives me a great purpose in my job and I get to solve a severe problem of our customers.
I’m supporting Zeitgold’s Digitalization Team, where I can apply my way of thinking in legal logics when processing financial and administrative documents for our customers.
Everyday in the company provides me with a new interesting challenge. Due to Zeitgold’s experienced team, I can grow personally and professionally every day.
